Come and do yoga with me ✨
I started my mindful journey through sitting meditation - this is were I started exploring my mind and shifting my life. Later on, I discovered yoga - meditation through movement. Now, I love to share with you my Mind-Less Yoga where we go out of our minds to 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡. We explore the power of the present moment and movement.
I created this 25-minute video for you to connect with your breath and body. Take a break from your busy life, grab a mat, and join me.

Why do I call those sessions 'Mind-Less'? As we are overusing our minds in our daily life, I want you to leave the mind on the side for the session to connect with your body instead.. To feel your breath, present moment, and all the sensations within your being..
