About the event
During the session, you will experience the power of sound, vibration, touch, movement and breathwork - it will allow you to reach a deeper state of relaxation, help to disconnect from the outer world and connect deeper within yourself.
We use the power of instruments such as singing bowls, gong, koshi bells, kalimba, and rain disc.
When: Wednesday 19th November at 7:15 pm
Where: Leiðin heim (Laugavegur 178, entrance on the left side of the Reykjavik Foto store)
Price range: 4000 - 6000 ISK - you choose what's the most comfortable for you to pay at this moment.
Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes.
